Shannon was awesome! I am soooo picky and I researched where to get hair extensions. I had previously gone to someone who moved to Florida and it is a BIG decision to find someone to do extensions. Shannon was great and I would highly recommend her if you have hair loss or you just want long mermaid locks. I consulted with 4 people before feeling 100% about Shannon. She spent alot of time with me and my hair looks super.

Called to make an appointment and was able to get in that evening. Neat store concept, there are small pod areas that each stylist then decorates. Haircut was very good, nice scalp massage before the cut too. Good conversation and flexible hours. Also she takes online appointment booking which I will use next time.

She was my first hairstylist when I moved to Cincinnati 16 years ago as a walk-in in Hyde Park. She not only knows my hair… She knows my life story. Shannon is an amazing colorist. I brought her five teenage boys from our high school swim team who wanted to do something crazy with their hair for the upcoming championships. Each boy had a different color and texture head of hair and they only wanted to be bleach. Not only did she bleach them perfectly but she was so nice to the boys. Wonderful experience. Had tape extensions done originally through another salon-terrible experience. But Shannon was fantastic. She did a great consultation and was so thorough and gentle with the whole process. AND THEY LOOK AMAZING. If you want any kind if extension don't go anywhere else but here. I came to Shannon when my hair was like straw. She saved my hair and worked with me to make and keep it healthy. My hair grows fast and i also struggle to keep the grays from showing. She works with me to keep it in my budget, but my hair looking great. I also had extensions put in after I chose to go short and then missed my hair. I was unbelievable how great they looked. No one could tell they weren't my real hair-she put three different colors in to make it look natural.
